Sciton Halo treatments with Shelly, require a $200 deposit. These appointments are 90 minutes in length, so if you need to change your appointment date- you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Co-payments, self-pay payments, and payments for cosmetic procedures are due at the time of the visit.
If appropriate, prescription refill requests will be called into your pharmacy within 24 hours. Because of the visual nature of dermatologic diseases, it is usually not possible to diagnose and treat new problems over the phone. Additionally, changes in your condition may also necessitate you being seen by a physician. This fee will be deducted from the cost of a cosmetic treatment (such as Botox) performed at the initial appointment, or a cosmetic treatment received within one year of the consultation. If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We collect $100 at your first visit to go toward your deductible, and $50 for any visit after that. For your convenience, feel free to email us with any questions you may have (do not use this email to send us your medical information as it is not secure). Log into our patient portal for personal updates and to schedule appointments. We are located on Mann Drive, in a single story building off Sam Newell Rd just down from Hwy 51. There are some insurance plans that we are out of network with, and your insurance does not cover our services. We have all the forms and information you need for your appointment.
Our clinic is located in the medical office building on the campus of Novant Health Matthews Medical Center on Matthews Township Parkway. We are easily reached from Interstate 485 and Independence Boulevard. We are convenient to South Charlotte, Indian Trail, Waxhaw and Marvin. We are happy to announce that we will be opening a new office location, in the Waverly area, on Monday May 3rd. You may request this new location for your appointment, starting in May. Please clearly inform the scheduling telephone staff that you have a mole that you are very concerned about.

Need an appointment and don't have access to the patient portal yet?
Cosmetic Filler appointments with Lisa Matuga, for Juvederm or Restylane fillers, require a $150 deposit. Failure to call at least the day before your appointment to cancel, will result in the loss of your deposit. If a balance is not paid after receiving multiple statements and requests from our staff, then those balances are turned over to a Collections Agency. There is an additional 20% fee that is incurred if your balance is not paid and has to be turned over to the collection agency. If you have a deductible plan, then we will collect toward your deductible at each visit, until it has been paid in full.
